Attached previous post Everyday I used to take zolpidem er for sleep but the strip got ended Can I take mirtazepam 7.5 and as usual escitalopram for one day now Or should I skip escitalopram for one day now

Hi.. don't skip escitalopram.. you may take another medicine to help you sleep. Try taking escitalopram in morning.

Mirtazapine does help in sleep along with its other actions but it is not it's primary action. So better not to take for a day or two. And don't skip any dose of Escitalopram, even if you are taking Mirtazapine.

Mirtazapine cannot be replaced with zolpidem..
