Request for medicine for L4 L5 discbulge
Respected sir/madam, My mom ,P.N.Mani MRI report reads " l4 l5 posterior annular tear . diffuse disc bulge causing moderate spinal canal stenosis and bilateral inferior neural foraminal stenosis" and her nerve conduction report shows Demyelination and lumbar radiculopathy more on right side and decreased nerve conduction of sural nerve,tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve on right side and decreased sural nerve conduction on left side .She could not walk without support especially outside and there is no grip when she walks on  footwear .Could you please help her with medications/steroids or further treatment guidance? She is non diabetic,but has high BP, bronchitic asthma, distended bladder and sensitive stomach.

Need to examine her properly to know correlation of her clinical findings with MRI findings and then take a decision .

Please go and see a doctor . This is absolutely ridiculous to ask for medicine like this . If she develops a complication who the hell will you hold responsible
