Hello sir/mam,
Request you to please find enclosed picture of my issue. This is regarding right side leg and below knee I found one dry Black spot and don't have idea about this but I can feel pain like something pinch from insight and near by this i can feel pain.

Hello Ma'am, don't worry, your problem is black head, place ice on it for some time, Take Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water for 7 days, Decoction of fresh Giloy, Mulethi at morning,Tab Septelin Himalaya 1 bid, apply also shaving lotion thrice a day
