While cleaning the house with a broom, I was in a bending position. The moment i straightened up, there was a popping sound in my lower back and severe pain. I sat with cushions behind and applied Volini. It has been 2-3 days but the pain is not subsiding. The movement is restricted. While sitting and lying down its fine but the moment i bend even a little it pains.

Looks like injury to muscles in the lower back (acute lumboscral strain). Rest, analgesics, muscle relaxants should give you relief. Avoid bending forwards for 2-3 weeks. Consult an orthopaedic doctor for clinical examination.
