Good evening.. After resuturing , depends on the wound , if it is not healthy then daily cleaning the wound with betadine and dressing will be better . Or every 3rd day go to the hospital and get the dressing, to see if any discharge is coming from the wound or not. As it is resutured better to be careful. If wound is open , u can clean with betadine morning an evening after bath. No need to dress u. Can keep open but maintain hygiene .
Next Steps
Check for sugars if it’s normal or not . Tab. Zerodol sp daily twice for 5 days for pain and for better healing. Tab. Chymerol forte 2 times daily for good healing. Continue iron and calcium. Eat everything healthy.
