Retinal detachment can be cured by a specific retina surgery which is not at all related to eye transplant.

No Ma'am..Eye transplant is only meant for Cornea (Glass like circular structure) . Unfortunately Retina can not be replaced or transplanted. But for retinal detachment there are surgical options to reposit the detached retina depending on the severity and duration of the detachment.
