Retraction of foreskin
I had sex yesterday after taking 50mg Manforce tablet....my fore skin is not getting retracted Nd that skin which goes from centre to down is swelling

Thank you for asking. It appears to be a problem of Phemosis. The foreskin opening in this case is tight, which prevents retracting of foreskin back. My suggestion to you is,
Do not use any tablet for sexual intercourse until the problem of Phemosis is corrected.
Do not forcefully try to retract the skin backwards, there is a chances of tearing of skin.
If not addressed, it may cause you difficulty with sexual intercourse and pose a risk for penile infections.
Next Steps
You must consult with a general surgeon. It is a surgical case. It can be corrected by small surgical procedure. However, before that an assessment of its severity ID needed.
