Retrograde ejaculation
Have a calculus of 5mm in right ureter. Taking Urimax 0.4. Now, i cannot ejuculate. Is it normal? How much time it will take to get normal again? Do i have to change the medecine?

It’s side effect of Urimax ( tamsulosin)
Don’t worry it’s temporary and occurs in only 15-20 % patients. It will go way in 2-3 days once your medicine is stopped
