Retroperitoneal mass
Dear Sir yesterday my USG done and below impression is shown: A well defined lobulated heteroechoic retro peritoneal mass lesion with irregular surface seen in pre tracheal and pre caval region just posterior to pancreas. CECT is advisable to exclude any malignacy. Mass size DIAMETER 3.78*3.59 CM I want to know is it any serious matter because I have always constipation and I am asthmatic also. In past tuberculosis diagnosed and treatment is completed 9 months ago. I feel tightness and sometimes swelling on upper abdomen.

Try to get CECT abdomen Done as early as possible to get a clear idea of the mass/ tumour, and to decide whether it's a surgical case or not. Don't delay, as it may complicate your abdomen issues.
