Reverse Congestion
In how many days the reverse congestion goes off.I am having it,since about one and half month,maybe because of putting too much Vicks in steamer and taking steam for 4 days,or mau be because I was taking steam for about 8-10 mins.daily.

Kindly stop taking steam when there are no complaints. It would be better to know if you have any other symptoms.
