Yes its curable..usually rhinosinusitis associated with allergy..the cure to it depends not solely on doctor..it even needs the cooperation of the patient to follow the guidance of the doctor ..rhinosinusitis treatment can be medical or surgical , depending upon the extent of the disease and to prevent its recurrence , pt should be careful ..like to use a mask whenever he moves to a dusty area or risk of exposure to pollen..keep the AC vents cleaned in home and avoid woollen beddings, pets etc which cause allergy..better to avoid cold foods n drinks..

Symptoms of sinusitis can be controlled easily..cure depends upon the extent of the disease. Good or bad season depends on where you are staying Usually March ,April and again in September October there is an increase in allergy in predisposed people. Periods in between depends upon the level of pollution in that area.
