Rib pain and shortness of breathe

Asked for Male, 63 Years

For a few days I have a striking pain in my lower pain rib back side. Along with this shortness of breathe, irregular heart beat and sensations in left arm. I have done my blood test everything was normal. I’m a heart patient also and had undergone a heart surgery. At first, I was told it was due to gestric but again it started and I have no problem with my stomach.
