This is for my young 8 yr old cousin who broke his arm while playing yesterday 24th Jan around 6 pm. We took him to a hospital and they have done temporary plaster on the arm with the support. Need urgent help. Please see the attached picture of the X-RAY.

That s a supracondylar fracture that has to operated for optimum results.. Please get admitted at a good ortho centre for the same
. Treatment of choice would be closed/open reduction +k wire pinning
