i am sorry but recovery usually happens within 6 months of injury and after that period recovery chances becomes less

You may be having a field defect in both eyes or is it in one eye only your Mri needs to be assesed .

Do visual field of both eyes.

Hello.......i can understand your problem , recovery depends on extent of damage, place of damage, and other factors. ..... Only neurologist or neurosurgeon can give opinion on this after seeing post operative MRI scan... Consult neurosurgeon in nearest hospital
