Right knee cracking and pain
Hi, I have been experiencing pain in my right knee since three weeks. The pain occurs while trying to bend, sit and stand. There is also knee cracking sound while trying to bend and stretch my legs. Kindly suggest.

Most likely you are having softening of the cartilage of the knee cap called as chondromalacia Patella.. do quadriceps exercises and it will get relieved slowly
