Right knee Injury due to over running
Consulted a Ortho, the MRI says mild sprain in anterior cruciate ligament with low grade tear. also Mild knee effusion. After these i took some Muscle Relaxant also consulted physio(diathermy + tense done) everyone says its mild and will recover. i am finding zero progress after treatments. Shall i change my physio or shall i continue the same ? Is this problem curable ? Will i have to remove water from knee by operating ? Is it because I am continuing my daily activities ? Do i need a bed rest with Knee brace on ?

Usually such conditions recover in 6 weeks. So keep waiting untill then, after that consult the ortho surgeon again if still no improvement. Daily activities should be modified such that pain is avoided.
