Hello, You might want to get checked the joint that helps open the mouth, which is known as TMJ. Though much cldnt be said before we can have a look at what is happening but before going to an ENT just get the TMJ checked from a dentist. You might need a xray of the whole jaw.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist.

Hi You need to go for radiological ( xray) investigation of tmj and opt( full mouth x ray)  to rule out cause... It may be tmj problem or due to wisdom teeth eruption.... Kindly visit ENT specialist too rule out the ENT cause

Hello, I would advise you to get it checked and investigated thoroughly as what you have mentioned is insufficient to come to a conclusion. You can visit an ENT surgeon for opinion since you have already visited 2 dentist to rule out ENT causes

Hi, You need to checked by oral and maxillofacial surgeon who will advice to what type of xray has to taken to further investigate. As pain in this region can be due to various reasons like unerupted 3rd molar, infected molar to TMJ reasons. If you have had cold/flu recently, you can consult ENT. But usually infections from teeth go to ear and vise versa.
Next Steps
visit oral and maxillofacial surgeon
