Having pains in right side chest n right side upper back plus having a bit swelling in right hand near shoulder. There is a small cyst in right side breast... During menstrual cycle or before that it pains.

HELLO, FIBROADENOMA CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON OR GYNACOLOGIST. TAB NIMPREX TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR PAIN N SWELLING. But DON'T GO FOR SURGERY. OK.
