Pain orginating from lower right back then deviate to lower right abdomen and then to leg. Pain is on and off.

Get urgent ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN SCAN. Based on reports of scan May be u have kidney stones (renal colic). Other possibilities  Gynacology problems. So please get SCAN.
