Right testicles pain and swelling

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have pain and swelling in right testicle.I was diagnosed with epididymitis and got normal after medication. I had got myself tested for (urine culture,ultrasound kub,normal ultrasound,blood test) and all reports are normal. But on mastubating the swelling come again.This has happened twice now. Can someone please advice me on this. Thanks
