Hello sir.. Just a history of pain makes it very vague.. A little bit more detail will definitely make it more simpler. A history of diabetes, gout or trauma might help. Or it's better come for a consultation to examine the toe as well. Then only we can suggest any treatment. U can contact me for the same.
