  4. Right upper abdomen. Like pinching!

I have pain from last 4 to 5 days at right most upper part of abdomen. It's like somthing like pinching

you might want to get ur abdomen palpated by a physician if pain doesnt reduce. if u have pain while coughing it could be intercostal muscles.
