I am sending my latest x ray please tell me what will be the treatment according to my x-ray. First molar tooth (last in mouth) or second molar tooth needs some kind of treatment or not.

The clarity of x film seen in pic is not clear. It could be a decay involving the nerve zone. RCT or filling could be advised for the case
