  4. Ringing sensation in the left ear.

Ringing sensation in the left ear
Ringing sensation in the ear for the 4 days. Used soliwax drops for the last 2days but didn't get any relief. Have been cleaning the extra wax regularly with earbuds but the problem still persists.
