Rise in blood sugar level
Hey my mom is a diabetic and she is taking medicine since last 2 yr . But now it s not under control I suppose. I had checked her sugar level , fasting is 220 and pPBS is 327 . She is taking Geminor M1 twice a day and having ayurvedic medicines as well.
Suggest me what to do .

Sugar levels are very high. She will probably need to increase dose if glimeperide to 4 mg for now to control sugars. And gradually increase dose of metformin and add a gliptin or SGLT2I and reduce glimeperide.
