Roof of the mouth is looking different
Hi, My roof of the mouth is looking different colour (white) some places, bad breath and mild pain in gums sometimes from last 2 months. I have medication history of acid reflux (not severe). I have visited dentist ,he recommended A- Z multivitamins for one month but no improvement. Plz find the attached photos and advice me on this🙏🙏🙏.

Hi, Bad breath can be from acid reflux or from any carious teeth ( your wisdom teeth looks impacted, may be they have caries). I can see white areas in the front region of your palate (roof of mouth). That can at times happen from your lower teeth hitting that area. In that case, gums in this area can be painful too. If that’s not the reason for the white areas, highly unlikely it will be of anything to worry about. Keep observing the area to see any growth or changes.
Next Steps
You may visit another dentist for a second opinion as clinical examination will give the best idea in such situations.

Avoid hot spicy food. Locally apply,  CNBC dental and gum gel on the gum region only, keep applied for 3 mins and rinse thoroughly. Don't eat or drink for next 15 minutes. T. R. B. Tone XT,  once a day for 3 weeks.
