Define Laser treatment? Laser as a means to eradicate infection from the canal acts as a small adjunct to root canal treatment, not as a procedure by itself. Your understanding of how a root canal is done is poor. Currently the best treatment in the world for doing root canal therapy is SAF or self adjusting file assisted treatment. You could surf Google for information regarding it.
