Igg tests indicates previous infections and igm indicate recent infections within 10 days. As per your reports igm is not done. Everybody has antibodies if he has been vaccinated with mmr vaccine in childhood or has rubella in past. So without talking to you it's not possible to determine whether you require any medication for this problem. These are antibodies these are good as they will protect you from the disease. You can take consultation so that I can talk to you and guide you better and advice you further on this topic.
