Running nose,continuous cough

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Before 2 day I am fully bathed in rain.because I have no umbrella so now i am fall into severe continues cough, throat pain disturbance & not able eat anything,running nose problem also, and iam very tired,I am having exam also after 2 days please help me
