Running nose, itching eye

Hi Doctor, sometime I have running nose these days and suddenly I start snitching. After sometime it becomes normal. Also my eyes are itching and water comes out. I am confused which speciality doctor I should consult. It's eye doctor or allergy doctor. Please suggest.
