Running nose, sneezing n feels tickling

My nosez right hand side bone is increased it doesn pain but I always have cold and sneezing problemz n I be irate all the time cause of this and I have several allergies which I have since many years and this bone issue came later like some months ago but since then I have running nose for like all the time which I never had before bone issue

You are probably suffering from allergic rhinitis with a deviated nasal septum. You might need to get a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further, to rule out sinusitis also. Anti histamines and nasal spray can be useful.
