Which medicine should I use for my 2 yr baby running nose and cough . Please advise any syrup that can help to get rid of running nose.

Levocetrizine syp can help in reducing the runny nose and saline nasal drops will help in clearing the secretions. But prefer to visit a nearby pediatrician or ent specialist for examination before self treatment for the child. Doses are very different for children and they will respond quickly to minor changes.
