Ruptured ear drum via Q tip

Hi Dr I've ruptured my ear drum (attached photo) while inserting q tip. I don't have any pain at the moment, but I feel a bit of pressure in the ear. Is this something serious and how will this heal??

Hi...donot put any ear drops!! Make sure the water doesn't enter the ears!!
