The sacral dimple does not look deep and is near the anal verge- so does not seem to be bothersome.

Next Steps

Keep watching if the infant has decreased leg movements, dribbing of urine, constipation. If you observe any of the above, consult a pediatrician and also ULtrasound of sacral region will help
