I often feel waves of sadness ,heavy sadness mostly at the end of the day. I try to battle it but it happens everyday since a long time. I've tried to get better but the low feelings keep coming back no matter how happy or busy I try to keep myself. I've lost sleep over it, I stress a lot over petty things,I find myself often unhappy.... I try to get busy but I cannot move on from a failed relationship. That's a major reason for my sadness. I cannot let go of things easily. I often cry and am sad. I want to get better and do better in life but there are so many things holding me back. I don't know where to start from ...
