Salicylic acid treatment burn since 3yrs

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am currently using merderma since 1 week and I find little reduction. Can I continue with that for some more days?can Perduo along cure the salicylic acid burn completely. My skin is almost very sensitive after that. Any other things that I need to concentrate on?
