Hi Doctor, I am 28 years old male, I am having hair loss problem since 5-6 years. Recently I have done hair transplant and doctors have given me homeopathic medicines. Which includes saw palmetto. Now I have read on many websites that saw palmetto has side effects like impotency. So please suggest me if I should continue to take this tablet. Thanks
