Scabies And iching on arms

Sir i had a problem of scabies and now it's almost cured but still it has some effect on my arms and feet. I mean to say that it's still iching on my arms and feet and now there are patches like something has clotted inside my skin on my arms. I hope you understand what i mean to say.
