Scabies or bed bugs?

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hello I think I have scabies but cannot tell the difference of bed bugs/scabies. I have bleached the underneath of my bed washed bedding on 90 degrees but now my niece has got the same spots so I am wondering if it is scabies ?
