Scalp pimples
I have many pimples like things all over my scalp and hairline. Also liquid comes out of it when I break them. My scalp is very itchy and I am also losing hair in huge Chunks. I am losing around 1000 hair per day everytime I comb. My scalp is also visible to a great extent which is very embarrasing for me. I am only 24 and I fear that I might be bald. I want some non surgical way to treat this problem and grow new hair. I am currently raking 10000 mg for 4 days zenith biotin but I don't see any result .

Being a dermatologist and as per your description you might have a skin disease of scalp that might be causing secondary hair fall..please consult a dermatologist to understand the exact problem before going for any treatment...
