Scatica nerve pain
Hi, I have lifted some weight 15 days back and my scatica nerve of one leg has been stretch ed I think & feeling too much pain at left leg.in the morning time the pain is too high but after some exercise pain is decreasing.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie. Lifting of heavy weight may sometimes cause ligament injury near the spinal cord causing nerve root inflammation and disc prolapse in some cases..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment locally.. If pain is persistent,  you may plan for X ray of Lumbosacral spine. You can also start physiotherapy including Local US, SWD 
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet...
