Is schizophrenia a lifelong disease?
My sister has this since 1 yr for that consulted psychiatrist and continued medications for 1 yr , she was fine while taking medicines that's why doctor reduces the quantity of medicines slowly months after months by seeing the positive response and finally stopped the medicines ..she was also fine for 1 month when she was not taking medicines. But unfortunately she again started symptoms like self talk, delusions and all ...is it permanently curable. Please helps

Actually detailed case is required.. we can't all of a sudden stop th medicines ..slowly watching the signs and symptoms along the medicine can be reduced
Contact with the previous psychiatrist..
Along with that we can take homeopathic medicine. Chronic cases are difficult to cure
