Sharp and shooting pain in my lower back radiating till left leg toes. Sharp pain at left hip region. Got an x ray which said lumbar lordosis. Then got an MRI done which says normal. But intolerable pain still persists and increasing. I walk limbingly due to pain. I pain feels like my nerve being rubbed between something sharp.

Hi, lumbar lordosis is excessive or increase in curvature of lumbar spine,which can be better understand on x ray . MRI is good for Imaging organs, soft tissue an internal structures. You are experiencing sharp shooting pain due to impingement of nerve in lumbar spine and increase in curvature. Besides this pls go for vit d3 and calcium blood test to better diagnose ur ailment.I suggest u to get urself evaluate by physiotherapist to confirm ur x ray findings and start ur treatment for lumbar lordosis .
