Sciatica pain on right leg

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I had sciatica pain on my right leg last year in December due to nerved pressed from my hip. Taken bed rest for almost 17 days and couldn't walk due to stressed pain on my leg. Now sometimes facing little pain on the nerve of the right leg and sharp pain on my hip like someone gave me a injection on my hip. Is it serious and what precautions should i take to avoid it.
