Scrotal cyst
Hello, I've got a white color round projection on bottom side of scrotum. It's not painful though, just sticking out of my balls. Should I have to undergo any procedure or is it harmless if I keep it.

Hello there.
It could be harmless. But it's better to get it checked out by a dermatologist in person so that he can see the lesion and also examine it.
Only then something can be said surely about this.
