I have a problem infection on my scrotum. It refuse not to go. I have try every tablet

Hi I understand your concern but taking pills may not always help in this kind of issues if the infection is caused by a fungus you need to do anti fungal treatment which will include personal health hygiene and topical treatment as well so consult a doctor properly and do the treatment
