Scrotum reduction

I would like to explain my problem. My scrotum is swollen in their right side. From my 12th standard, I faced some automatic ejaculation while running (scrotum gets bashed with my thighs). I didn't consult any doctor. Now it has increased to some extent in varies of size (adding to that once scrotum hit on my bike)... I would like to reduce my scrotum. Is there any possibility because I couldn't able to wear some type of pants. Sometimes My scrotum exposed through pants it makes me to feel embarrassed.
