I have an infected sebaceous cyst about the size of a 20p coin, I've been prescribed with Bactroban, with slow if any results in 5 days. Before diagnosis I was treating it with sea salt with possibly better results. Is it ok to do both treatments in parallel, I believe the salt helps dry it out but will it affect the Batroban.
