We have been TTC for the Last 1.5Years . My Wife she is 26 Years Old and Here is a Report of Semen Analysis Details are as Follows :
Sperm Count : 61Mil/ml ,
Total Motility : 42%
Sperm Morphology : 4% ( Normal Forms)
Overall Defects : 96%
Head Defects : 74%
Mid Piece & Neck Defects : 29%
Tail Defects : 2%
DNA Fragmentation Index : 9%
Would like to Understand whether the above report is normal or can it be improved .
