I am discharging semen before urination.i am suffering from this problem since June 2016.i was consulting with a homeopathic doctor but I did not receive any noticeable improvement.

Semen production goes on for 24 hours in a day in testes and gets collected in seminal vesicles, whenever its storage capacity runs out, overflowing mechanisms take place. Due to overflow of semen semen dischargs in urine or through night falls. To avoid this, u need to masturbate regularly.
